Crimson Belly Conures

Who can resist these beautifully colored Conures?! Measuring about 12 inches in length, the Crimson Bellied Conure, in the wild, can be found in Northern Brazil between the Amazon River and the Matto Grasso Region. They eat berries, blossoms, and other fruits and live a relatively peaceful life.

Once thought to be a separate species, it has now been determined that they are a mutation of the Pearly Conure. Their belly is a deep red, and often looks like he has a little flight suit on, and the deep blue is breath taking.

When hand fed they are a very friendly and affectionate bird. They have the bubbly personality that most Conures have and are an awesome pet.
